Request the Chancellor/President for an Event or Meeting

Thank you for your interest. The chancellor/president is a highly engaged academic leader who greatly appreciates invitations to meetings and events and participates as much as possible.

Please follow the brief directions below to officially submit your request.

Submitting Your Request

  1. Timing
    Requests should be made 90 days prior to the event or 30 days prior to the meeting and submitted via the appropriate online form below.
  2. Requests for More Info
    The president’s staff may reach out to you for more information about the meeting or event. If they do, please respond promptly to help expedite your request.
  3. Confirmation
    If the president can or cannot meet or attend your event, you will be notified by her office as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
