The Master of Science in Nutrition offers a comprehensive curriculum to prepare advanced practitioners in clinical nutrition and management. The non-thesis option allows students to learn from faculty experts on evidence-based medical nutrition therapies, advanced physical assessment, educational program development, and clinical leadership. This program caters to dietetic interns, students in dietetic internships, and credentialed Registered Dietitians post-2008. Graduates are equipped for roles in advanced clinical practice, clinical management, and various nutrition, health, wellness, and fitness positions.
