Personal meetings with the Ombudsperson will be scheduled in room 464B of the M.D. Anderson Library by appointment only. The Ombudsperson is not available for walk-in appointments.

If you walk pass the service desk towards the back of the library, turn left down the hallway close to the curved stairs. In about 30+ meters of you will find the ‘Brown Elevators’. Take an elevator to the 4th floor, turn left out the door and then right.  There will be shelves of books along your left side.   At the end of that hallway are a suite of offices: 464 A-D.  464B is second door on right.
