Physics Demos
Physics demonstrations help students understand physics concepts and add to the enjoyment of physics classes. These webpages list the demonstration equipment currently available to UH Physics faculty. Most of these experiments have worksheets available so the demonstrations can be presented in class in the style of Interactive Lecture Demonstrations. Demonstrations based on the ILD book are identified, and the ILD Book and worksheets can be obtained from the Demonstration Coordinator. The equipment, worksheets, and these webpages are an ongoing effort.
