PMWeb is the official Construction Program Management Software for UH's Facilities/Construction Management Department (F/CM). This easy to use web-based platform allows the entire F/CM team to plan, execute and deliver projects with maximized efficiency and quality for our University stakeholders.

Construction Vendors working with F/CM are expected to utilize PMWeb during the project delivery process.  This includes utilizing the platform for managing:

• RFIs
• Submittals
• Construction Document Reviews
• Daily Reports
• Action Items/Checklists
• Change Management
• Invoicing
