Please be aware that this form only handles non-emergency and non-billable items such as:

  • Locks not working properly (doesn’t include lock changes)
  • Landscaping issues
  • Broken/damaged ceiling tiles
  • A/C problems (hot or cold)
  • Recycled goods pick-ups
  • Broken elevators or persons stuck inside
  • Ringing fire alarms
  • No power
  • Fume hoods not working properly
  • Custodial issues (mop ups, spills, trash pick-ups)
