UEP Welcomes New Office Coordinator
As of February 6, 2017, Latise Carter serves as the Office Coordinator for the Urban Experience Program in the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services. Latise brings with her 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years of previous employment with the Texas Department of Human Services as a Texas Work Advisor II.
As the Office Coordinator, she will be responsible for administrative functions including handling property management, managing payroll, budgeting, service requisitions, and overseeing graduate and undergraduate student workers.
Latise received her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has plans to continue her education in the near future. She is elated to be on board to provide students with a wealth of guidance, knowledge, and assistance in receiving a holistic educational experience. As she joins the UH Urban Experience Program, Latise is excited and looks forward to being a beacon of light to the students facing difficult situations and ensuring that they are provided with the necessary tools for success.
