Wednesdays in Mississippi has been largely ignored in the historical record,  but in recent years, it has received some media attention.

Wednesday in Mississippi Film co-producer and director, Marlene McCurtis, WIMS staffer Susie Goodwillie Stedman, and WIMS team member Josie Johnson, discuss what made WIMS unique and why the project was successful.

This segment appeared on Memphis WREG-CBS shown in conjunction with Facing History and Ourselves Choosing to particpiate traveling exhibit in 2011.

Team 4 members Josie Johnson and Maxine Nathanson met and became life-long friends thanks to their WIMS experience, which they shared in this 2003 interview.This story appeared in a gallery video produced by the Twin Cities Public Television and the Weisman Art Museum for a civil rights inspired art exhibit.
