Mobile Cougar Card Coming Late Summer 2026
Cougar Card Services has made getting your Cougar Card as easy as 1-2-3:
- Upload your photo through Cougar Card Connect in AccessUH.
- Complete New Student Orientation.
- Instructions to activate your Mobile Cougar Card will be emailed over the summer.
Once the Mobile Cougar Card launches, you can activate it from anywhere. That means no waiting in line or stopping by our office during orientation to get your card.
