Administrators have reported the voicemail access subscriber number 713.743.xxxx is returning a busy signal for calls initated from non campus phone lines. Callers can retrieve messages using on campus phones. Callers are able to leave voicemails.

Telecommunications and Windows Team administrators are working to find what is causing a line busy signal when callers attempt retrieval of their voicemail from off campus. Currently there isn't an established time when this service will be repaired.

Campus telecommunication administrators have engaged vendor support engineers to assist us with addressing this voicemail issue. An estimated time when this matter will be corrected has not been determined.

Outside calls to 713-743-6200 (Voicemail access number) is now working. Administrators have verified service and are seeking additional feedback from Microsoft.
