The General computing policies provide the conditions that apply to all users who use the computing resources at University of Houston. Any violation of these conditions are unlawful and may be a violation of University policy or may be a criminal offense. The Information Security Manual is a guide to maintain the security, integrity, confidentiality and availability of information that has been created or used by UH employees. Any unauthorized usage, modification or disclosure of the information or data created or maintained by UH employees may lead to disciplinary action such as expulsion, dismissal, and/or legal prosecution. The Central web server policies provide the following policies to the users: Account policies, Graphics standards, Registering the site to UH web page, Administrative policies for UH Web server and URL Policies. The MAPP provides the policies and procedures that are to be followed while connecting devices to University networks, security violations reporting and computer user responsibilities.
