Creative Writing Program professor Mat Johnson's new novel, Pym, is a sequel to Edgar Allan Poe's only novel.
Second-year doctoral candidate Zachary Martin has been awarded the Tagore Passport Operating Scholarship and will use the $5,000 award to cover the costs of a four-week research trip to the Indian cities Nobel Laureate where Rabindranath Tagore and worked.
