Overview

The Online M.S. degree from the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences within the department of Health and Human Performance is a fully online program available for students who are interested in becoming nutritional experts. Courses include Clinical nutrition, MNT, management and leadership, counseling, and research methods.

A Master of Science in Nutrition provides a comprehensive course of study to prepare advanced practitioners in clinical nutrition care of the patient and clinical management. The non-thesis degree option enables students to learn from faculty experts on evidence-based medical nutrition therapies, advanced physical assessment skills, development and evaluation of educational programs, and effective management skills for the clinical leader.
