UH Hires CSS Search Firm to Assist in Hiring of New Athletic Director

By Richard Bonnin

The University of Houston has hired Atlanta-based search firm College Sports Solutions (CSS) to assist in its hiring of a new athletic director.

UH is in search of a replacement for Mack Rhoades, who stepped down earlier this month to accept the same position at Missouri.

CSS is a leading  full-service and  integrated provider of collegiate athletic consulting, strategies and solutions to universities, intercollegiate conferences and collegiate organizations. Among its services, CSS will assist the University in identifying the best pool of candidates for the position.

CSS founder Jeff Schemmel recently assisted UH in the process that resulted in the hiring of football coach Tom Herman.
