UH Officials Monitoring Weather Conditions

A cold front producing an extended “hard freeze” is forecast for the greater Houston area today and lasting into the weekend. Power outages have been reported in a few campus buildings, but no classes have been canceled. The UH campus will be informed of updates through the PIER emergency communication system.
