The Texas Low Brass Academy at the University of Houston invites all high school and middle school students (trombone, euphonium & tuba) for 4 full days of instrument-specific experiences that only take place at the TLBA Summer Camp. Join us in July to learn from the Moores School of Music low brass faculty and other esteemed educators, meet new friends, improve your playing skills while having fun, perform in chamber groups, and more!

Description:
Texas Low Brass Academy at the University of Houston is a 4-day intensive summer day camp event located at the University of Houston. Any trombone, euphonium, and tuba student grades 7-12 (or at least 1 year of playing experience) and early college music majors will have the opportunity to study with, listen to, and perform with our esteemed guest artists and faculty, attend guest artist recitals and masterclasses, play in chamber groups, perform in the Final Concert, meet new friends from around the state, and much more! Texas Low Brass Academy is one of the largest of its kind around the United States and has served hundreds of low brass students since 2019.Tuition and Fees
