Fax Server subscribers can send and receive faxes from their computers just as they receive email messages. Users need only a networked computer. A fax/modem card or an analog telephone line are not required.

You must have an Exchange account to use Fax Server. You must also be using a Windows-based computer. Exchange/Outlook users only need to subscribe to Fax Server to receive or send faxes through Outlook. There are no additional software installations and no configurations to perform.

Fax Server services are available 24/7 (including weekends) except during software/hardware maintenance and upgrades, or under unforeseeable circumstances.

Subscribers will be notified via email of service interruptions for maintenance or upgrades.
