Fire Log
A fire incident log is required to be maintained by the state. This log, which is maintained in hardcopy form, is available for review upon request. To view the fire incident log, please visit the UH Fire Marshal's Office between the hours of 8a-5p Monday-Friday.
Clery Act
DPS as a whole is required to produce an annual Clery Act report that includes incidents responded to. This report is commonly called the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. You may also request a copy be mailed to you by phone: 713-743-0620 or email: police@uh.edu
