The University of Houston has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification via Myhub. The National Student Clearinghouse is the official provider of enrollment and degree certifications for the University of Houston via Myhub.

Introduction

Myhub is a centralized and secure online destination where students can access all their academic records from multiple institutions. You will first need to log into AccessUH.

Via myUH Self Service, select the Academic Records tile. Select Enrollment Verification (located on the left side of the page).

Select National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification.

First Time Accessing Myhub

You will be prompted to review and accept Myhub Terms and Conditions.  

Then, you will be prompted to select one of three multi-factor authentication options to complete the account setup process if this is your first time.

• SMS Authentication - requires students to provide a phone number capable of receiving SMS text messages to receive code
• Google Authenticator - requires download of the Google Mobile Authenticator app if not already completed
• Email Authentication - the email registered with the student’s account is defaulted for receiving this code and cannot be changed afterward

Download Verification of Enrollment or Degree

Once successfully logged in to Myhub, you will be welcomed by the Myhub Dashboard. Select the Self Service tile.

Select the University of Houston and the type of verification desired (current Enrollment or All Enrollment).

Select Download Certificate. A printable .pdf file will be produced. This .pdf file is an OFFICIAL document that may be submitted to loan companies, health insurers, or other parties as proof of your enrollment.
