Visit Parking and Transportation Services for information about permit options and rates. Follow the steps below to purchase a parking permit. 

New Students

Step 1️: Obtain a Cougar Card (if you don't have one yet).

Step 2️: Visit Parking and Transportation Services. Show your Cougar Card and mention you are an LCC student. Purchase a permit.

Continuing Students

Log into your CougarNet account at AccessUH, click the “myParking Acount” icon, and purchase a permit.
