Energy Careers & Leadership Webinar Series

UH Energy and the Energy Coalition at the University of Houston are proud to present the Energy Careers & Leadership Webinar Series and the Certificate in Energy Leadership. Designed to enhance leadership and team-building skills, this non-credit program offers students practical, hands-on knowledge to advance their careers in the energy industry.

Featuring insights from some of the brightest minds in the field, the webinars delve into how the energy transition is reshaping careers and provide valuable insight on developing leadership and collaboration skills—key attributes in today’s rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Webinar Registration:
Webinar registration is open to everyone, but pre-registration is required. After you complete and submit the registration form, you will receive an email with a unique, personal Zoom link for all six webinars. If you do not receive the link, please check your spam folder and other folders. If you don’t find the email there, this probably means that you entered your email incorrectly in the registration form; so please re-submit your registration.

Certificate in Energy Leadership:

The Certificate in Energy Leadership is a non-credit certification open only to enrolled students at institutions of higher education.

 

Candidates must fulfill all the following requirements:

 

Registration:

  1. Register no later than 11:59 pm, Thursday February 6, 2025;
  • include the name of your institution or university (e.g., “UH” or “University of Houston”) in the “Institution, University or Employer” field, andyour student ID in the “Student ID” field.

Attendance:

  1. Attend at least four of the webinars at the time they are presented (i.e., “live”);
  • use your unique, personal Zoom link to join each webinar.

Testing:

  1. Achieve passing grades in the online tests for at least four of the live webinars that you attend.

 

Failure to follow these instructions may disqualify you from receiving your certificate.
