Major changes have been made to aspects of the Fresh Food Company at Moody Towers and Cougar Woods Dining Hall to better accommodate students, including more options and longer station hours.
At the Fresh Food Company, more protein options will be added to the salad bar in addition to eggs and bacon bits during lunch, dinner and late-night hours. A build-your-own-sandwich bar will be set up next to the round grill station for lunch, dinner and late-night hours. The round grill will feature hamburgers and veggie burgers on a made-to-order basis weekdays from 3 to 5 p.m. In addition, the made without gluten station will remain open until 5 p.m.
At Cougar Woods, more protein options will be added to the salad bar during lunch, dinner and late-night hours. Also, the pizza station will be open from 3 to 5 p.m.
