‘A Conversation with Kristin Chenoweth’ coming to UH this spring

Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth will be speaking at the University of Houston’s Cullen Performance Hall this spring.

“A Conversation with Kristin Chenoweth” will be held Thursday, April 5, at 7:30 p.m. as part of the Brilliant Lecture Series. Tickets are available through the Cullen Performance Hall ticketing website. They may also be bought on the day of the show at the Cullen Performance Hall box office, while supplies last.

Chenoweth received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2009 for her role in “Pushing Daisies.” In 1999, she won a Tony Award for “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.” She was also nominated for a Tony for her original role of Glinda the Good Witch in “Wicked” in 2004.

She has been nominated for two Emmy Awards and for a People’s Choice Award for her role on “Glee.” In 2015, she received a coveted star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame.
