Arrianna brings years of experience in the education industry ranging from early childhood to adult learning. However, over the last 4 years, she has been specializing in career services and student development. Arrianna is extremely committed to empowering students to achieve their professional goals.

Arrianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Sam Houston State University and completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of Houston-Downtown. She is also a Certified Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP), demonstrating her commitment to excellence in her field.

In her role in career services, Arrianna leverages her expertise in talent management and process improvement strategies to guide students through the career exploration and job search process. Her passion for empowering individuals to succeed in their chosen career paths has led to numerous success stories and positive outcomes for students.

Beyond her work with students and to stay connected with the latest trends and best practices in higher education and career counseling, Arrianna is actively involved in professional affiliations such as:
