If you are a current University of Houston (main campus) student, you are eligible to have the cost of your U.S. passport book ($110) reimbursed. Please note that there is a mandatory $25 Facility Execution Fee that will be charged to the student's PeopleSoft account, usually within 1 week of the date of application. This $25 fee is not eligible for reimbursement. When you submit your U.S. passport application with our office, you will be required to submit the following forms:
- Students within one semester of graduation are not eligible for reimbursement.
- To be eligible to receive reimbursement for passport renewals, the student's previous passport must be expired or have less than one year (365 days) of validity left at time of application.
