• Facilities/Construction Management (F/CM) will temporarily drain the fountain to address punch items before the final transition of ownership from the contractor to the University.
• Normal functions relating to the use of the fountain will be impacted during this period.

4-12-2017

• Fountain is currently functioning in testing mode until all programming and punch list items are addressed by the project team.

12-22-2016

• During the acceptance testing process, unforeseen issues were encountered. This additional work is under review.  The actual completion and when the fountain will be functioning again is still being evaluated.

8-10-2016

• Water proofing is being completed.
• A generator will continue to be used through the week.
• Painting will be done this week.

8-1-2016

• Epoxy will be applied this week. A compressor will be running during this phase which will cause slight noise in the area.

7-22-2016

• Starting week of July 25, observers will see increased activity in the fountain basin area.
• Power washing has been completed.
• Landscaping work to continue.
• Finish epoxy coating on site to begin on Monday, July 25.

7-18-2016

• Electrical repairs will begin. The lights around the flagpole and near the cougar statues will be off. An outage form has been posted.
• Most of the coping is complete, epoxy applications will begin this week through the following week
• Beautification of landscaping will be done in the area including tree trimming

6-30-2016

• Sandblasting is complete but grinding will continue through Friday, July 8 including Satruday & Sunday, July 2 & 3, possible noise in the area
• No work will be done on Monday, July 4, 2016 in observance of the holiday
• Coping will begin on Tuesday, July 5, possible noise in the area 

6-23-2016

• Sandblasting and grinding will continue through Friday, July 1, 2016 including Saturday & Sunday, June 24 & 25, possible noise in the area

6-17-2016

• Sandblasting will continue through Friday, June 24, 2016, possible noise in the area
• Demo of pipes on Monday & Tuesday, June 20 & 21, weather permitting, possible noise for the area while loading the dumpster
