Cougar Move-In
Every year, Student Housing and Residential Life welcomes up to 8,000 students to their new home on campus. For many, this is the first time living away from their families. Moving into a campus residence is a momentous occasion for students and their parents/families. It takes a team of hundreds of staff, faculty and volunteers each day to ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable during this transition.Individuals or departments can sponsor through a donation of money or by sponsoring specific goods.

Event items you can sponsor include but are not limited to:
Monetary donations will be used toward deferring the cost of volunteer meals and additional services
T-shirts our staff and Cougar Movers are easier to identify when dressed in the same shirts and it lets our new residents know who to look for when needed. We purchase 1000 shirts your name/logo will be featured on the back.
Meals or promotional Items (we feed over 200 staff and volunteers each day).
