Spring 2025 Upcoming Workshops
Jan 22 – Exploring Self-Compassion: Self-compassion is the practice of treating ourselves with the same kindness, care, and understanding that we would offer to a close friend. In a world that often emphasizes self-criticism and perfectionism, learning to be compassionate towards ourselves is essential for emotional resilience and overall well-being. This session will explore the foundational concepts of self-compassion and provide practical strategies to integrate it into daily life.
Feb 5- Setting Healthy Boundaries and Building Positive Relationships: Establishing healthy boundaries and fostering positive relationships are essential components of emotional well-being and personal growth. Boundaries help protect our mental health, maintain self-respect, and create balanced interactions with others. This session will explore the importance of setting healthy boundaries and provide practical strategies for nurturing positive, respectful relationships.
March 5 - Breaking the Cycle of Self-Sabotage: Self-sabotage occurs when individuals hinder their own success and well-being through negative behaviors and thought patterns. This can manifest as procrastination, self-doubt, or unhealthy habits that prevent personal growth. This session aims to help participants recognize self-sabotaging behaviors, understand their root causes, and develop strategies to break free from these patterns to achieve their goals.
April 2 - Navigating Transitions: Life transitions—such as starting college or changing majors/transferring to a new college/campus, graduation, moving to a new city/state/country, starting/changing careers, getting married or becoming a parent—can be both exciting and challenging. Navigating these changes requires adaptability, resilience, and self-awareness. This session will explore strategies to manage life transitions effectively, reduce stress, and foster personal growth.
