Notice: FAMIS Self-Service is unvailable from 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2013 through 6:00 AM on Monday, April 22, 2013 for scheduled maintenance. To submit service orders or report facilities issues, please contact the Facilities Services Center at 713-743-4948.
Starting Monday, Feb. 25, Facilities Management will launch Facility Administration and Maintenance Information System (FAMIS) Self-Service, a new online facility work order request system. FAMIS Self-Service will allow faculty, staff, and students to enter facilities service requests directly into Facilities Management’s work order system via an easy-to-use self-service interface.
FAMIS Self-Service only handles non-emergency requests. For services that require immediate attention to maintain safety or preserve work productivity, please call the Facilities Service Center at 713-743-4948.
To submit a service order or track work order status, log in to AccessUH and click on FAMIS Facility Work Order System.
