Our exterior maintenance shop is responsible for maintaining the exterior of 58 buildings on the University of Houston campus. Their areas of responsibility include:

• Roof preventative maintenance and repair
• Power washing walkways and building entrances
• Parking lot maintenance
• Filling potholes
• Installation of wheel stops and handicap signs
• Concrete pouring and maintenance
• Banners and flag duties
• Pool and fountain maintenance
• Sidewalk installation
