Haley Baker serves as assistant to the dean of the Honors College, helping facilitate Honors College functions in conjunction with the office of Dean Heidi Appel. Beginning her academic career at Lee College in 2018, Baker was an administrative assistant in Lee College’s Veteran Center, guiding veteran students through the often-complicated process of obtaining education benefits and vocational rehabilitation.
In 2022, she completed her undergraduate studies at University of St. Thomas where she earned a bachelor's in English literature and communication. Baker continues to nurture her passion for education at the University of Houston Honors College.
