Enrollment Services Office of Student Communications & Marketing

The University of Houston Enrollment Services Communication & Marketing Service Center (ESCMSC) provides communication and marketing services to all departments within Enrollment Services, as well as the university community, in order to support recruitment, retention, and student success operations and initiatives. In this role, ESCMSC staff apply their knowledge and expertise to practices that ensure university and divisional goals are achieved.

Red Team

The Red Team, a select group of hospitality students out of the Conrad N. Hilton College, represents the Office of Student Communications and Marketing in all areas of enrollment services. These enthusiastic customer service interns are well-trained to assist fellow students as well as prospective Cougars and parents via:

  • E-communications
  • Face-to-face advising at the Welcome Center
  • Online Live Chat
  • Campuswide student-outreach activities
