Sarvi Bajwa, M.B.A.

Sarvi Bajwa HeadshotA proud alumni of the University of Houston’s Engineering program, Sarvi Bajwa, has 35 years experience leading Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations for well-known consumer products companies such as Coca Cola, Procter and Gamble, Avon, and Unilever, and now with Danone, where he is the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for North America. Danone is a multinational food products corporation with well-known brands such as Evian, Danon, Activia, Silk, and International Delight.

Prior to Danone, Sarvi led the Juice, Dairy, Hydration, and Food Service Supply Chain operations for Coca Cola North America. The primary focus of his work centered around harnessing the power of teams, developing future leaders, building a culture of safety, and driving strategic planning to provide a competitive advantage for the organization and the enterprise. He also has a keen interest in sustainability, specifically water, and worked on water usage and conservation. Additionally, Sarvi was champion of gender equity initiatives in supply chain, becoming the founder and sponsor of “WE RISE” (Women Elevated Results in Success for Everyone).

Sarvi has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Houston, and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University in Maryland. He has also completed a Supply Chain management and leadership certification from Georgia Tech.

Sarvi and his wife reside in Columbia, Maryland, however he maintains a strong connection with Houston to visit family, friends, and attend UH football and basketball games.
