Guest Recital: Antonio Di Cristofano, Piano

The Moores School of Music welcomes internationally acclaimed pianist Antonio Di Cristofano, who will be presenting a piano recital in Dudley Recital Hall on January 29 at 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.

The program for the evening will include:

Prelude in D Major, Op. 23, No. 4 by Sergei Rachmaninoff 

Vallée d’Obermann by Franz Liszt 

Klavierstück, Op. 118, Nos. 1-3 by Johannes Brahms

Elegie in E-flat Minor, Op. 3, No. 1 by Sergei Rachmaninoff 

Ballade No. 4 in F Minor, Op. 52 by Frédéric Chopin 

Polacca-Fantasia in A-flat Major, Op. 61 by Frédéric Chopin 

Antonio Di Cristofano regularly performs in major concert halls across the globe. He is also a frequent judge at international piano competitions, and has given masterclasses in dozens of cities, from Greece to China and beyond. When not traveling, he resides in his native Tuscan city of Grosseto, where he serves as the director of the Scriabin International Piano Competition.
