Join Public Art UHS and artist Jorge Pardo for the public opening and housewarming of Folly, his new temporary commission at the University of Houston. This ambitious pavilion-like installation continues the artist’s long interest in blurring the lines between art, architecture, and design. Folly is the second Grove Commission, Public Art UHS’ flagship temporary public art program. It is a site-specific response to Wilhelmina’s Grove, a serene on-campus gathering space anchoring the UH Arts District.
