Meeting Title: Kyle’s Memorial by Rebecca Dominguez

Amidst a global pandemic, Bernadette finds herself organizing a Zoom Memorial for her recently deceased son, Kyle. Close friends and family jump online to help prepare for the event, but as the planning progresses they are forced to confront the truth of who Kyle really was. The group wrestles with their own complicity while trying desperately to reconcile the Kyle they remember with the Kyle they are memorializing.
UH senior playwright Beck Dominguez crafts this compelling tale of love and loss.
