The Carrier by Patrina Randolph

Friday, November 20, 2020

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The UH School of Theatre and Dance is proud to present by senior playwright Patrina Randolph!

A post office in Houston’s Third Ward, 2020. Supervisor M. Bell’s recent promotion threatens to drive a wedge between her and her postal carrier friends and subordinates, CCA Wendy Reed and CCA Murdock. Tensions explode when packages begin to come up missing and a Postal Inspector starts an investigation. The once airtight work family begins to buckle under the pressures of self-preservation and the struggles of their lives outside the workplace. This is a provocative and timely new play by UH Senior playwright, Patrina Randolph, about the value of relationships and the riveting effects of betrayal.

This event will be continuously viewable between Friday, November 20th at 8:00 PM and Sunday, November 22nd at 11:00 PM.
