This event has been cancelled to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19.
In light of the Dean’s cancellation of all McGovern College of the Arts performances, productions, public exhibitions, festivals, and special events scheduled for the remainder of the spring semester, the Box Office will offer refunds upon request to patrons who have purchased tickets to college events. To reduce the financial burden of these cancellations and the resulting loss of revenue, please consider donating the cost of your tickets to the college. We will provide an acknowledgement of your donation, in the amount of your ticket value, for tax purposes.
To request a refund or to donate the cost of your tickets, please leave a voicemail (713-743-3388) or send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
- Your request for a refund or your wish to donate the cost of your tickets
- Order Number
- Performance Date and Time
Refunds for transactions processed via credit or debit card will be returned to the card used for purchase within 3-5 business days of request. Refunds for cash transactions will require additional paperwork and may take up to two weeks to be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
