Transfer a Call

Select your version:

Micrososft Teams - Windows

To transfer a call:
  1. In the Conversation window, click Transfer.




  2. Enter the name of the person to transfer the call to. 

  3. Select the option to transfer from the drop-down menu.  

  4. Click Transfer.

Microsoft Teams – Mac

To transfer a call:

  1. In the Conversation window, click More.
  2. Click the Transfer
  3. Enter the contact’s name or phone number in the search field.
  4. Select either the person’s contact information OR the phone number you entered in the area below the Search
  5. Click Transfer.
