UIT will be participating in a pilot with Meru Networks to enhance WiFi in the UC Satellite and the Cougar Place Model Classroom.   We will be installing state-of-the-art 802.11ac access points that will allow for much faster WiFi speeds:

1. UC Satellite
   1. Extremely high-density, multiuse, space with a broad cross section of faculty, staff, students.
   2. Gamer Headquarters
2. Cougar Place Model Classroom
   1. Laptop classroom featuring desktop collaboration and multimedia
   2. UH will provide 802.11ac and laptops
