Since 2007, the San Antonio Pathways (SAP) has geared its services to the South Texas Region. SAP brings high school and college educators together to study the issues of transition that challenge our college and university systems. In 2014, SAP released CCRS-aligned unit and lesson frameworks that were developed in collaboration with the David Conley Research Center.

SAP is funded by a Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) grant to Alamo Colleges.
