The Texas Pathways project is a partnership between secondary and post-secondary institutions designed to improve secondary to postsecondary transition and postsecondary success through data-informed activities and decision-making. There are currently five Pathways projects, which are located in the Gulf Coast (two projects in the greater Houston area), South Texas (a Lower Rio Grande Valley project and a San Antonio project) and Upper Rio Grande (one project) regions.*
