Colleges
and divisions of the university are required to prepare and
submit baseline standards for financial operations annually.
Templetes for both centralized and decentralized organizations
are available.
Centralized
Structure --- Operating structure in which
the college/division dministrator has primary responsibility
for managing and processing financial transactions.
Decentralized
Structure --- Operating structure in which
the college/division dministrator has primary responsibility
for management and oversight of financial ransactions and
the business/unit manager has primary responsibility of executing
financial transactions.
