Types of Services

Livestreaming and Recording

This service coordinates, produces, and records various events including:

• Special events
• Conferences
• Ceremonies
• Presentations
• Virtual Events via Zoom or MS Teams 
• Public events can also recorded or streamed live online.

All streamed events are available in HD. Arrangements can be made through the Web Technology Service Center at an hourly rate, to recover costs. Examples of past events can be viewed under the "More About Streaming Media" section.

Event Audio/Visual Consulting and Assistance

This service includes assistance with in-room audio/visual technology, such as microphones and displays. We also offer pre-event technology consulting and support, such as advising how the technology in a given event space might impact the layout of the event itself. Along with consulting, we can provide a selection of medium to large screens to be used during events. 

Photography

This service includes live-event photography, photo editing, and a quick turn around for post-event social media posts, if needed.

Video Production

This service includes full pre-production storyboarding, planning, scheduling, filming on-site or in our studio, and post-production editing and revising. 

Educational Purposes

Technology Services & Support offers video streaming media services to faculty and staff in support of instructional curriculum through Mediasite for academic use.
