Classroom Equipment Request Terms of Use

  • Equipment requests may only be made by faculty or staff.
  • Registered Student Organizations requiring equipment for events must have their Faculty/Staff advisor request equipment on their behalf.
  • Equipment is to be used on site and may not be removed from campus.
  • Standard requests for equipment require at minimum of 1 business day for processing. 
  • Requests for non-standard setups require at least 1 week advance notice. (examples: 3 or more microphones, multiple projectors) 
  • Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by staff.
