New Committee Works to Improve Cougar Card Services

Houston, Dec. 22, 2017 - A new advisory committee is working to improve Cougar Card services to the University of Houston community.

The Cougar Card Advisory Committee offers advice and feedback to the Cougar Card Office regarding operational plans and initiatives. Its members, which include students, faculty and staff, relay feedback from their constituencies, discuss new and current program initiatives by the Cougar Card Office, and exchange ideas on how to improve card functionality and services for the UH community. The committee currently has 11 voting members and nine ex-officio, non-voting members.

The committee held its first meeting in October and will meet regularly during the spring semester. UH students, faculty and staff who are experiencing Cougar Card-related issues, have ideas on how to improve services or simply want to talk about an experience they had with the Cougar Card Office should contact their Cougar Card Advisory Committee representative. All feedback from the committee goes directly to the Cougar Card Office.

More information about the Cougar Card Advisory Committee, including a list of members, committee bylaws, and meeting agendas and minutes, is available on the Cougar Card Office website.
