UIT Recommends:

SharePoint sites created using Public and Private groups (accessible in the "Create Site" command in the SharePoint screen in Microsoft 365) don't have the full functionality of a site collection created by UIT.  Public and Private Group sites are useful for testing some of the things that SharePoint can do, but if you'd like a full feature set, please email office365@uh.edu to request a new site collection for your division, college, department, or team.
