The MFA service Duo is reporting a combination of slowness and failures within their environment that is affecting many users, including the entire University of Houston-System. Information Security is monitoring this situation and getting constant updates from Duo. At this time, there is no estimated time of repair. Duo provides the System wide MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) service for M365 and many other services.
