SME has restarted Anywhere365 services. Call centers are returning to normal operation.

The following call centers are currently experiencing service disruptions: UIT Help Desk (713) 743-1411, Contact Center (713) 743-1000. SME is working to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETR.

Some UH call centers are currently experiencing intermittent disruptions and all call centers will be down briefly to resolve this issue. There may be delays and there is no ETR.
