Full access has been restored, including the Verizon Network.

This appears to be a localized problem with the Verizon cell network not being able to reach FIXIT, Help Desk and other phone center numbers from off campus.

Not able to reach FIXIT, Help Desk and other phone center numbers from off campus.  SMEs are looking into this. No ETR.
